Your Blockchain.com Wallet allows you to easily transfer crypto between your Private Key Wallet and your Trading Account, as well as your Trading Account and external addresses. To enable this in your Blockchain.com Wallet, all that is required is to complete Silver level identity verification. Once your Silver level verification has been approved, you will see each currency’s Trading Account available to select as the source (“From”) or destination (“To”) when sending a transaction in your wallet.
To send crypto from your Private Key Wallet to your Trading Account, simply hit Send, choose the wallet or sub-wallet containing the crypto you wish to send in the From field, and select that currency’s Trading Account in the To field.

When you transfer crypto between your Private Key Wallet and your Trading Account, this is an on-chain transaction. This means that it must be confirmed on the respective cryptocurrency’s network, and the time this takes is dependent on current network conditions. A network fee will be applied, which goes to miners or network validators as a reward for validating transactions. Such fees may be more pronounced on transactions involving ETH and Ethereum-based tokens like USDT or USDP.
Transactions involving the Trading Account generally take an hour or less, but they can take longer, especially during times of network congestion. We do everything we can to reduce the time this takes, but it is ultimately dependent on current network conditions, which are constantly fluctuating. If you’ve transferred between your Private Key Wallet and Trading Account and the transaction has not been completed within 3 hours, please contact our Support Team and we’ll be happy to assist you.
